Ben Feller | Customer Support Director
Ben has over 20 years experience in telecom and data applications. His background includes account service and sales management of international business accounts, including service management of a 1,500 point Frame Relay / ATM network. Ben is also adept at small business management and has extensive experience with small and medium size telephone service migrations. Ben has worked with telecommunication PBX systems as well as voice and data lines and circuits.
Ben’s primary function is to assist all customers with service issues as well as overall account management. Ben’s experience on both the equipment side as well as the network services side enables him to expedite the troubleshooting and repair process.
